We advise owner’s organisations on the strategic level and help to avoid large project risks from the earliest beginning of a project.
We provide the knowledge of over 30 years experience in large project planning and execution, client experience of large infrastructure projects, including 15 years of experience in project development and construction of the Gotthard Base Tunnel.
We have a network of partners with which we can solve larger problems at the operational level to offer comprehensive solutions for contract and project management.
We provide accurate project reporting and project controlling based on state-of-the-art IT solutions.
We provide risk management and development of risk mitigation.
